If a bit of battlefield control isn't your thing and you just want to deal a lot of damage, I'm not as knowledgeable in that area when it comes to throwing stuff. I don't expect you'll be able to do the Aptitude weapon cheese for dazing stuff, but being able to make a bull rush and/or trip on every attack might come in handy. You might be able to get some ideas from this build. Any and all help and suggestions are greatly appreciated!! There are no banned books, but parts of some books are frowned upon (half of the book of nine swords, for example, doesn’t fit well in this campaign world, but DM will work on a case-by-case basis), so please don’t limit any suggestions by books. What I have so far is:ģ Fighter – feats (exotic weap Harpoon, Quick Draw, Combat Reflexes, Point Blank Shot, Power Attack)ġ Warblade – Hit the prereqs for Bloodstorm BladeĤ Bloodstorm Blade – get the feats Thunderous Throw, Lightning Ricochet for throwing multiple harpoons, each throw dealing double damage.Īfter this I have no idea where to go, but I would like to keep the Harpoon and/or Glaive weapon viable as long as possible (If the harpoons don’t scale great for damage I plan to use them as battlefield control or caster lockdown essentially). I really want him to scale exceptionally well at killing things up to lvl17-19, which is where the big plot twist comes into play. I’m starting at level 2 and I planned it out to about lvl6 but after that I’m at a loss. (I got the approval that a harpoon can deal double damage with a Return enhancement, once on entry & again on exiting, and this can be used multiple times in in a full-attack round).
#Pathfinder harpoon Pc#
For story purposes my PC should be highly optimized at killing things (the DM likes and supports my end goals for this PC), and for my character’s style I would love a harpoon/glaive-style specialization. To best fit the party, world and story my PC will be lawful (Evil but this part is a secret) and be a physical-type combatant.

In a new campaign I have a player who wanted his PC to run off and eventually become a BBEG, and I wanted to play a PC, so we decided to switch roles. I was our group’s dedicated DM for several months now.
